Return / Exchange - T&C

  • Customer can exchange the order within 5 days from the date of delivery.
    • We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products for exchange unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team or If you have received a defective product, send us images at hamshiwonders@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
    • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
    • Please ensure while returning the product for exchange it should be in the packaging as intact the way it was delivered.(sealed with a tape), Any damage to the product in exchange return to be bearable by customer only.
    • Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Hamshi reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
    • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees etc,
    • In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹ 250*.
    • Please keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products,
      • Products which are featured as LIMITED EDITION comes under  no-exchange & no-return Policy (because these limited editions are made to order and produced specifically for the order).
      • We do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like cap, hat, mask, boxers, shorts, tank tops, baby tees or any body hugging articles. 
      • Accessories items are also a part of no return / no exchange products.

    EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
    • We only grant Exchange - No Return policy.
    • Charge of 250* to be bearable by the customer in case of exchange.
    • We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive for exchange.
