Return / Exchange - T&C

• Customer can exchange the order within 5-8 days from the date of delivery

• Please keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products,

• Products which are featured as LIMITED EDITION comes under  no-exchange & no-return Policy (because these limited editions are made to order and produced specifically for the order).
• We do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like cap, hat, mask, boxers, shorts, tank tops, baby tees or any body hugging articles. 
• Accessories items are also a part of no return / no exchange products.
• to accept Exchange of products which

• we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or is dirty by any means. 
• The product is damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

• We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at hamshiwonders@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.

• Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.

• Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
• As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
  In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).

• We only grant Exchange - No Return policy
• We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive for exchange.
• In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
